There are few things in life I enjoy more than seeing someone recognize their own potential. When the preverbal “light” comes on a new world of possibilities is exposed and the decision maker stakes their claim.

It’s beautiful, uplifting, inspiring and increased positive outcomes and enhanced performances become natural bi-products.

There is nothing held back when it’s my turn to speak and the message I deliver does not come from that of a guru or a self-proclaimed expert. My message comes from humility, my heart and appreciation….every time I share what I believe it broadens my own scope of awareness and perception.

The teacher and student are one.

There is no buy in and no one size fits all mentality here. My objective is to provide ideas and concepts that allow each individual to recognize their own gifts and apply them. A giant tour guide of possibilities, I cleverly present concepts that remove the fear that paralyzes so many from tapping in to their own source of potential.

I am no talking head….energy, humor, and a variety of audio/visual effects create a fun and exciting presentation that promotes interaction with the audience.

In other words….no one falls asleep when Big Joe is in the house.

Most importantly, when the audience makes its way out of the room, there is an energy that stays with them. It is not mine…it is theirs. Perhaps the practical examples and concepts that were shared become part of a new way of thinking, or for some, to simply confirm what they already knew; that they are the decision maker….that now is all that exists…..that their greatest limitations in life are those they place upon themselves.
