The project was formulated and scripted followed by a detailed story board which was given to the production company for programming. This client instructional video was shot on location in Portland, Oregon. It was designed to educate existing clients on the uses and benefits of the on-line prospecting system they purchased form the company. Big Joe created the concept and prepared the storyboard and script, although much of the 90-minute video’s skits were ad-lib. This project was shot on location in south Florida and designed for residents of an apartment community undergoing a conversion to condominiums. Used an instructional DVD, the film shared the details of the many options renters had in regards to the purchase or continued rental of their apartment. All research and production was handled by Big Joe with the shooting location being the only thing the client provided. The shooting took less than three hours and no teleprompter was used.
