Big Joe’s Guide to Practical Leadership
The one thing we can never have too much of is leadership. The challenge however is to get people to realize leaders come in all shapes, sizes, styles and purpose… and no matter what they have been lead to believe, they have what it takes to be a successful leader. My objective in every leadership training seminar is simple; encourage my audience to recognize their own special leadership abilities and qualities and apply them. This is accomplished through personal stories, applicable real-life examples and fun and interactive role play.
I take a very practical and light hearted approach to achieving this objective by focusing on the fundamentals and providing my audiences with practices that provide quantifiable results…results in your business, at work, at home and in the community.
